While everyone else moans and groans about it - we know how delicious heart care can be!
Dip some strawberries in dark chocolate
Throw some blueberries in your oatmeal
Have a calming cup of green tea
Have a glass of red wine with dinner
Have a handful of cashews
Throw some walnuts on your salad
Pile the cherries on.
Yeah, that healthy eating stuff is pure torture, isn't it? ;-)
Force yourself to load up on heart healthy foods this month!
Of course, add 30 minutes of exercise a day and 7 - 8 hours of sleep a night.
What if someone is having a heart attack?
They say that taking vitamin C, even while you're having a heart attack increases your odds of survival.

My favorite heart healthy meal -
Unbaked Mostaccioli (cooked tomatoes, garlic, onions), Garlic bread (garlic, olive oil), tossed salad with dark greens, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, and an Italian vinaigrette, and top it all off with a glass of red wine.
That's fancy enough for a Valentine, don't you think?
Of course there's plenty of other delicious meals you can make fast that will rival any restaurant. Go try some new ones!

Eat a healthy diet and do these few things and you'll be in good shape in no time.
